What we Do
Title and Escrow Services
We as escrow holders: receive deposits, prepare, and distribute the necessary forms and transfer documents, along with the escrow instructions that support their use. Addiontionally, our team will prepare the settlement statements which reflect how all funds are to be distributed at closing. We handle everything from start to finish!
